I did apprentice work with the Chiaruggi Family, fourth-generation
furniture and wood restorers who count among their clients the
Palazzo Pitti, Uffizi, Bargello and other well-known museums. Expert in
applying traditional restoration techniques for original French and
Italian furniture, including:

Reconstruction and replacement of missing pieces

French polish (gomma lacca)

Gilding and silvering

Veneer repairs

Custom building and finishing of new pieces
I was born, raised and educated in Israel. I studied furniture restoration
and reconstruction in Florence, Italy at
Palazzo
Spinelli (1998),
and
Social Work (B.A.
1997) at
Tel Aviv University.
